Helping children in need

 

We’ve come a long way since we started Swing for the Kids Charity Golf Tournament in 2013, but our primary goal remains unchanged: to empower underprivileged kids for a better future by improving their living and learning conditions sustainably

 

Swing for the Kids is an annual fundraising event organised by Little Heroes' Dreams. The event aims to build awareness for the needs of underprivileged children in South East Asia, grow a community of supporters, and raise funds to support the various programmes of Little Heroes' Dreams that are direclty benefiting children's homes and orphanages within.our region.

 

Initally a pure charity golf tournament, our team has developed the concept of Swing for the Kids to be a fun event for the entire family. We want to give families the opportunity to bond and to together contribute to a good cause, while having a fun filled weekend.  

 

 

The Organisation behind Swing for the Kids - Little Heroes' Dreams

 

 

Little Heroes Dreams is a Singapore-based not-for-profit organisation set up to foster sustainable development of orphanages, homes, communities and other organisations caring for underprivileged children in Singapore and Southeast Asia, by helping to meet their needs in building better living and learning conditions.

 

Little Heroes’ Dreams was born out of the passion to help underprivileged and neglected children, and the belief that organisations who devote their efforts to care for these children can find a path towards sustainability. Thus, we designed a series of complementary programmes that are each providing an essential building block to a comprehensive support structure for our beneficiaries.

We work closely with our beneficiaries and a group of experts from our advisory panel to ensure that our programmes meet the needs of the children and are effective in meeting their objectives.
